Feasibility
Before capital is committed, we test the idea against reality. Our phase-based feasibility studies combine market analysis, workforce demand data, regulatory mapping, financial modeling, and academic portfolio design — producing a board-ready case for (or against) proceeding.

Implementation
This is where we differ from the report-writers. We execute: licensing applications, curriculum development, faculty recruitment, quality assurance systems, simulation and clinical facilities planning, IT and student systems.
